WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE & HEALTHY 

Cleaning:

Since the beginning  MAHALO M&W follow enhanced cleaning/sanitation between clients. Although these have always been things we have done, we are increasing the frequency and taking extra care at this time to wipe down anything that a client may have come into contact with. This includes: chairs, light switches, door knobs, counter tops, vinyl pillow and table covers, point of sale machines, pens, clipboards etc.

 

Staff:

• Our staff will also go through daily screening prior to arriving at work and won't be working if they are sick.

• Our massage therapists and support staff will wear PPE. At minimum medical/surgical masks, but as long as supplies are available. Please notify upon arrival if you prefers that your practitioner have to wear a mask while treating you. 

• Our massage therapists (and support staff) will follow proper hand hygiene protocols. They will follow our cleaning protocols and follow the provincial mandates to ensure your health and well-being.
