I fell in love with massage therapy when I moved to Alberta in 2013. I believe that the therapeutic touch has a big impact on our lives. Since I was at school, the therapeutic aspect of massage has always interested me. I try to build my practice by combining new techniques and modalities blended with the holistic side of massage and my passion for the human body and mind.

I love to learn how the body works, how it reacts and changes through time and at each stage of human development, but I also try to listen to what you have to say, to what you feel and what you want to achieve when you come to see me. You are the key of my practice.

I really appreciate the versatility of massage therapy and the daily challenges in my day-to-day practice, but the best side of my work is when you come out with a big smile and feeling better!
