As a registered massage therapist and ballet dancer, I had many opportunities to work with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other massage therapists which helped to increase my knowledge of the human body. My passion for healing and being healthy grew tremendously through this amazing journey.

Now I desire to help others using all the knowledge I acquired from my life experience. I offer various types of massages, wellness exercises (personal training) and barre classes to help you stay healthy mentally and physically. I am here for you and can’t wait to see you!
