Registered Provisional Psychologist

I graduated in 2020 with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, from Yorkville University in New Brunswick and I am a Provisionally Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists.

I enjoy working with couples, children (ages 7 and up), adolescents, youths, families, and adults who have diverse needs. I want to use my knowledge and experience in clinical therapeutic counselling and case management, behavioral monitoring, psychological testing, research methods, and rehabilitation techniques to help you.

I will bring a compassionate, understanding, and friendly demeanor in my work with you as I help you to see your positive qualities, strengths, and exceptional abilities. It is my goal to support you in core areas that enhance your self-development and self-understanding. I view these areas as one of the many paths to navigate, explore, and manage unique life experiences and challenges. I trust that you have and will assist you to realize your capacity to find solutions, coping skills, and strategies and access your inner strengths. The most motivating part of my work is when I witness my clients find fulfillment through what we learned together.

I would love to support you in any of the following areas:

Stress Management, Burnout, Phobias, Self-harm, Self-esteem, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, Trauma, Depression, Bipolar Disorder (BPD), Substance Abuse, and Gambling. I tailor each support using theoretical frameworks such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Grounding Techniques and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

I am a husband and father of 3 children. I love playing soccer, traveling, listening to music, dancing, and entertainment of all kinds. I enjoy hanging out with family, friends, and colleagues. I like to go for long walks in nature, watch movies with my family and play table tennis.
